Has anyone ever heard of Conn Billiards Co pool tables? There is a 9 ft table available in my area for a great deal but I have never heard anything and I cant find any info on them anywhere.

There was a Conn Billiards supply on 9th st in washington dc . One of the tables they sold was a Victor table. Victor didn't put their name on the outside of the table so Conn put a metal plate on with Conn on it. If its a Victor, its a well built table that plays good. The rails are thinner than a GC. The main problem with them is the ball returns. Look under the tbl. If its a rats nest of wire runners covered in rubber and 6 rings at the ball box lined with felt, its prob a Victor. Balls come down fast and rubber and felt wear quickly. Played on Victors for years. Pockets come very big. Had to tripple shim mine to get 4 1/2 inch pkts. I would change the ball returns to drop pkts . Its a very solid playing tbl.
