What is the race to? Is the race determined by APA handicap or is this a non handicap tourney?
How big is the typical field and how late does this tourney usually run.
Rockville is a long ride from Delaware.

The race is determined by APA handicap, if you can not prove your handicap I think Sol will start you out as a 6 until he sees how you play.
The typical field is anywho from 20 to 32 players.
It could go as late as 1:00am, but of course earlier with fewer players.
The tourney is every Sunday, every once in a great while somebody will rent O.B. Billiards for a private party which could preempt the tourney but not very often. In any case if your gonna drive from Delaware give Sol a call to be sure.
