Well..Boston Shorty was still alive and Buddy is in the picture as well which means the picture is from 2000 when Buddy got inducted. Boston Shorty died later in 2000. Lassiter died in 1988...I remember reading some great articles about the Johnson City tourneys right afterwards. My guess is:

Boston Shorty, Jimmy Caras, Raymond Ceulemans, Dalas West, Steve Mizerak, Buddy Hall, Lou Butera, Nick Varner, Eddie Taylor and Mike Sigel.
 
Wow! Ray had put on some weight I guess. I also thought of him as being his slender younger self. Well done JimmyB.
