This cue was going to be refinished and put in my collection. I had not seen this design before and to this day have not seen another one. It has a lot of surface dings, the rings have some “lift”, and one of the shafts is very “blue”, but with a $200 refinish by Schon you will have a “KILLER” cue that you won’t see every time you play pool. Now for the specs:

  • - Four points of ebony into ebony. Each point has been “recut” with a dark brown wood (I think cocobolo), which has been further inlaid with a lighter brown wood with a wavy grey veneer. It is very intriguing.
  • - The butt sleeve is ebony and features six “windows” with the same brown woods and grey veneer.
  • - Points and windows have a single red veneer.
  • - Schon’s standard piloted stainless steel joint with Schon’s standard 5/16x14 pin.
  • - Smooth black leather wrap.
  • - Ringwork above and below the wrap consists of black and white (ivory???) stitchwork.
  • - Butt: 16.02 ounces
  • - Shaft # 1: Like new Schon shaft at 12.35 mm and 4.07 ounces with ivory ferrule.
  • - Shaft # 2: Unkown but ring matches. 12.80 mm and 3.60 ounces with ivory ferrule.

Condition is decent but heavily played with one shaft. There are no problems that I know of other than surface dings, nicks, and wear. It will be a beautiful cue with an inexpensive refinish.
A great buy at SOLD shipped and insured in US.

At first I thought WOW what a hideous looking cue but once I took a good look at it I think it is pretty damn cool. Def unique, like all Schon ,I am sure it plays great. Cool cue!!!!
