F/s Ginacue 17b

Being one who normally lingers in the backgound following threads not having too much to add - having yet to make any bigger transactions but been tempted many times - I am glad foremost to see how lenoxmjs held his composure where most fail, and that jun followed suit w/o much bashing. Even in my short time here @ Az, there has been so many deals going south I have lately wondered whether to ever get involved and shop or just stay locally. This was refreshing gentlmen, thanks.

We both worked to resolve the issue together. Communication and quick response to e-mails is the key I believe.
