F/S Anyone interested in Mike's latest breaker/? 17.2 oz.,plus or minus 0.2oz I have chalked and broken a few times with it. Perfect condition,265 shipped,need cash for new project. It is the black wrapless with bocote rings and brown tip,thanks Jim SOLD,payment pending-SOLD,thank you

The break cue Mike G. made for me is 17.5oz. It's quite possible...

Nothing wrong with that weight at all. I have a Varney that was custom made for me, it weighs 17 1/2 ounce and its the hardest breaking cue I've ever seen. Sounds like a rifle going off. It actually rattles my teeth.:eek:
No need for a heavy cue, lite ones get plenty of power.
 
Due to handspeed, light cues generate more breaking power than heavier ones. I seem to remember an experiment with Ray Schuler and Bob Byrne in which they concluded the hardest break cue at the time was a 17.5oz Balabuska.
