F/S low deflection shafts new and used CHEAP!!!

Jacoby Edge Shaft (Verify if for Joss or Jacoby, First!)

Hello all,

To anyone contemplating the purchase of the Jacoby, The Edge, 5/16-14 shaft, you should know that the standard Jacoby Edge shaft with 5/16-14 threads will NOT fit a Joss or Schon cue.

I purchased a Jacoby Edge shaft from this same seller, and it did NOT fit any of my Joss cues. I hadn't recieved any replies to my PM's, so I ended up selling the shaft to another AZ member, and I took a slight loss on the transaction. The seller did contact me afterwards, and offered to make good on the transaction. He also did a good job in packaging and sending out the shaft, so I left positive itrader feedback for him.

Jacoby verified with me on the phone that they make a special "The Edge" shaft that fits Joss cues.

Hence, I'd only purchase a shaft from Jacoby, or one of their authorized dealers, unless the seller offers a money back guarantee that it will fit your cue. Perhaps that may be the case? If you're looking for a Jacoby "The Edge" shaft to fit your Schon, you would be wise to check with the manufacturer and see if the shaft designed for Joss cues will also fit Schon cues? There is a good chance that it will, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Finally, "Congratulations" to Rich Turner on the birth of his daughter!

I thought the edge hybrid in the listing was a radial joint...not a 5/16-14????
