Rare Cue F/S!!!! Rocky Tillis

This cue is straight as an arrow and plays jam up!!!!

Both shafts made by Rocky...one original and one made 10 yrs after the original purchase.

These cues don't come around very often guys...don't miss out on adding a highly collectable cue to your collection :D

Yo Anthony, If the estimated age of that cue is anywhere near correct, it suggests to me that Rocky was one of the first, if not the first, cuemaker to use a stainless half-joint. Real cool. Good luck with your sale.

Martin

Thanks for the info

Martin,

As far as I know the info about the age of the cue is correct. The source is highly knowledgeable about Rocky's work and very credible in my book.

I remember thinking when I first saw it that the ss half joint on this cue was interesting and that I hadn't ever seen that before on an older cue.

One thing is for sure. The hit of this cue is tremendously solid with great feedback!!! (I've used both shafts and they are truly sweet :D:D)

Bump

Any Rocky Tilis fans out there anymore? Wow....kind of surprised about the lack of interest in this cue.

The cue is in GREAT shape and plays fantastic...with all the good history behind Rocky's work this is sure to be a fantastic addition for any learned collector of fine pool cues!!! :D

Bump for a cue maker that was one of the first, if not the first, to use 1/2 ss joint!!!! Cue plays lights out guys..
