Fading earily in the morning

Steven,
No matter what your age, you are fighting an uphill battle. If you are getting up at 5 am and working all day then going to the pool hall without taking naps or sleeping some, you are always going to be fighting the fatigue factor. I often take an hour nap before going to the pool room at night. Also, I frequently drink one cup of coffee before going to the pool room but coffee doesn't make my nerves chatter and it barely wakes me up but it has a positive impact on my focus. BTW, I only drink one cup in the morning and one cup of coffee at night.

I've started carrying one of those 5 hour energy drinks in my case for backup and drank a half bottle of it about a week ago and it may or may not have helped. The school's out on 5 hour for me but I have heard it works well for others....

Many people do not get up until after 12:00 noon and they have a distinct advantage over the working man no matter what the age of the WM...
Somehow, you have to balance out the energy level/focus factor. I like the nap routine myself.

Thanks Joey.

You are so right. It's insane to try and compete after working all day and being up that long.
