Fake Bludworth on eBay??

Blud?

I dont think Ive ever seen a Bludworth cue with a SS joint. Then again, I havent seen it all........

I have been in bluds shop several times and have never seen him sign his cues with a wide tip marker, also I have never seen him sign one so large. I doubt it is one of his. He is always a phone call away. You should email him a copy of the picture if you want to know for sure. Chris.

Jimbo,

Probably the same guy that sold me this fake entry level Chudy...

Who would ever think someone would go to the time and effort to fake a logo and weird joint pin and put a nice piece of dark South American rosewood on a $400 plain Jane? Not me, obviously!

Steve

Hunter I was looking at that cue to.I did not bid on it because the rings looked to sloppy for chudy cue. Looks like a import palmer with a diferent chudyrc3 buttcap by the rings JMO.

Bigpocket,

It actually has very nice rings. My camera work didn't do them any justice. You'd really be shocked to see how nice this cue is in person. The buttcap was one of the things Chudy didn't feel was his, but his logo looks like it was silkscreened on. It hits extremely solid with the laminated shaft. Oh well, a cheap lesson!

Regards,

Steve

I say...while it's a shame that the cue appears to have been a knockoff....a well made and great hitting cue for 400 bucks is not too terrible. I've spent more on FAR less of a cue. Basically, 750 for a steaming pile of #*%# that I wouldn't even use for firewood!!! :)
