fake sledgehammers on ebay?

I'd like to get a sledgehammer...they go fairly cheap on ebay...but someone was telling me that the ones on ebay are usually fake. Anyone else heard/know the same?

I don't think that they are fake. I know that Mike was importing the newer ones from Taiwan (or someplace close). I think that people are saying that the newer ones are not made in Mike's shop, so they are not as good as the originals.
