Yes. It is made by the Jiasen Cue Case factory. It has a foam core interior with springs in the bottom of the cavities.
Jiasen is a factory I have been helping for over a year. This case is well made and the embroidery is top notch.

OK so I'm reviving this old thread to do a bit of a follow up....
Since I got a few cues coming I had to get some storage (until I win the Whitten raffle...
:grin: )
So I went a head and got one of those Falcon cases ($59 on ebay).
As John stated, the case exterior looks (to my unprofessional eye) like it's well built.
However the internal looks just like the J&J cases which make me wonder if this case was built by the Jiasen Cue Case factory or maybe all the J&J cases are built there as well....
I do not see much different between the tubes on the Falcon case and the J&J case I've shown in the post above this one, both have springs at the bottom, both have about 2 inches of rubber before getting to some sort of lining and cues rattle just the same inside both cases.
The springed latch also looks like the one that is found on the J&J piggyback cases.
I have also notices some internal issues...
Both butt tubes have what looks like chipped rubber or plastic where the first 2 inches end and the lining begins.
Here is an example of one of the tubes.
One of the shaft tubes looks like it been chewed....
Bottom line:
It a fair case for $60 but not a case I would store my McDaniel in it....
John, I don't know if you are still involved with the maker of this case but it looks really like all those cases that you've been (justifiably) bashing.
If you think I'm wrong (and I could be) please feel free to correct me and add any valuable information.

I got some pics of the exterior.
If it wasn't for the interior issues I mentioned in the previous post, I would have considered this a great case and one of the best for the money....
The top and side handles are nicely reinforced and it doesn't look like it could ever break
The lid and back strap attachments to the case body also look very sturdy.
The strap is wide and nicely padded.
The long pouch has two zippers to the same compartment, from the front and from the top.
There is a thin nylon sleeve for a jump cue handle that could be inserted from the top zipper. The pouch is high enough to accept a pool ball without any problems.
If it wasn't for the interior issues I mentioned in the previous post, I would have considered this a great case and one of the best for the money....

This case was probably built before I became involved with Jiasen. Before I became involved with them they were unaware that the issues you pointed out were even issues.
Long Chan, the company that makes most of the J&J cases and other foam core cases also doesn't really pay attention to such things as they never get complaints.
I pointed it out to Jiasen and from my inspections they are doing a much much better job paying attention to the interior quality than is shown in these images, nice job by the way!
This is the same thing that I have been going on about for 18 years. What good is a pretty exterior if the interior sucks and can damage your cue?
The small off-white thing you see inside the case is where the foam has bled into the cavity, it's flat and won't harm your cue but it shouldn't be exposed. What is more troubling in this type of foam core case however is when the foam bleeds though the sewn seam and forms a line of small hard beads that can damage your cue.
Then there are the sharp edges you can clearly see from the molded rubber top. These are from the rubber bleeding into the line where the mold separates. They should be sanded or cut off. And the indentation you pointed out is an air pocket. This is typically not a problem other than it weakens the walls between the cavities and can result in broken pieces of rubber ending up inside the case.
The reason you see so many similarities between this case and what J&J is carrying is because before I go there all they knew to do is to copy others, so they use the same setup to make the foam core body, the same latches, the same springs, the same measurements (whether they were right or wrong), and the same elements on the case such as rubber handles with same old way to attach them.
This case is essentially a hybrid between my Instroke Premier design and Lucasi's Pro Series Golf Bag look, with the pretty cool Falcon embroidered on it.
The embroidery on the whole case is seriously wicked in my opinion and is what makes me appreciate this case. Were I to make it then I would change quite a bit else starting with the interior.
But for $60 and if you don't really care whether your cue gets a little scratched or marred then it's a decent case. Imagine how good a case it would be with $3 more care put into the construction and finishing.
I am sure that new ones from Jiasen are even better but I won't swear to it unless they say Sterling on them

Since I didn't like the interior of this case I sold it two weeks ago (it was stored unused since I got it)
Yesterday, the guy I sold it to showed me that the top loop that holds the shoulder strap gave in under the weight and broke...
So my advice to all:
STAY A WAY FROM THIS CASE
