Fancy ebony Wico 4 point

Here is an interesting cue: 4 ebony points, wico veneer, butt is ebony with mother of pearl and ebony rings(yes the thin rings are indeed ebony). Extremely well crafted cue with a very unique feel. I have my thoughts about who made the cue, what are your thoughts?

I think it is indeed a Gus, 3rd edition bb has an almost identical cue and his bio states that his first 10 cues made with points were using wico forearms. It is highly unlikely that its a palmer as they only used maple forearms from wico and this one is rosewood. Also the only other 2 Gus wico that I've seen pics of (out of the 3 known to still exist) have rosewood forearms and ebony points.
