ITEM DESCRIPTION FROM ERNIE
Black African Gabon ebony in both, forearm and butt with 8-rock hard bird's eye maple prongs. All prongs are crowned with delicate cloverleaves highlighted with black Tahitian pearl. Ivory joint and a black linen grip are standard. NOTE: Black leather is a good complement to this cue. *

Nice price for a Gina. That basic cue retails for $2800.

You gotta make sure you know what you are saying before posting here.
The elephant ear skin is an option that charges $400.
Besides, you will have to wait 1 year to get it from Ernie.

What are you flaming me about? I said it is a nice price since the basic cue sells for $2800. What is your problem??????

yea, sounds like you gotta know what yer reading... lol. He said he couldnt see the pic, and tho the language was a little confusing i could tell he was talking about base starting price...

I apologize. I was confused a bit.
This one is the basic 14B with elephant ear skin wrap.
Regarding this cue, the condition is real good.
The blueing on the used shaft can be easily bleached but it's not necessary. There is another type of "elephant ear skin printed" leather but the one Ernie used is "geniune" elephant ear skin.

I was just trying to help you sell your cue with the price you are asking by saying that the base price of that cue is $2800. So the cue is actually being discounted instead of adding a premium like some sellers do. I guess it wasn't clear. I finally got access to the pics. The birdseye is amazing.
