Fancy tooled case....anyone recognize the maker?

Offhand chance.....I already posted this in the gallery section, but was curious if others that frequent here might recognize the work in this case. Every casemaker I can think of either doesn't know or hasn't gotten back with me yet. This case came from a player's estate out of north GA, but he had several custom cues and custom cases from all over.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing....so he was the first guy I contacted, but he said he didn't know who made it.
