Fast Eddie's Austin TX, Sunday 5/3, $5 9ball

Fast Eddie's in Austin has been holding a weekly double elimination 9 ball tournament every Sunday around 2pm. Entry fee is $5, races are to 5 and 4, on their Olhausen 8-footers. I don't think there's any added money. I am not the TD. I'm just trying to spread the word about a new tournament at one of my favorite poolhalls. Come on out!:thumbup:

Tons of yall have emailed me asking for the results of this $5 tournament, sorry for the delay in my response. :wink:

A whopping 18 people showed up, with Tom M taking 1st place. Same time, same place next week!

There is also a good weekly tournament at Clicks South on Oltorf on Sundays.

Alternates between 8 and 9-ball every Sunday at 7.

Race to 5 on winners/ 4 on losers. Alternating Break.

Bar matches %50 of pot-- sometimes more.

$7 entry fee.

Clicks South is also having their first monthly tournament Nov. 28th and 29th (fri-sat).

There should be more to come every month

9 ball -- 3 foul rule in effect -- Race to 7/5 (tentatively) -- Alternating Break

I'm pretty sure this will be %100 payout -- no green fees

$50 entry fee.
