favorite game

I grew up with a 9ft Brunswick Anniversary table my dad bought when I was 8yrs old and always played straight pool, then when I was 16 I found and fell in love with my local pool hall that had only 9ft snooker tables, loved and played snooker for many years until I found the 9 ball craze like many that lasts til this day however I still cherish my first love of 14.1 to be my personal favorite.

Good post! I never knew they made 9 ft. Snooker tables. The ones I remember playing on were 10 ft. And I think the pro are playing on 12 ft.

8 ball was my favorite in the 80's. As I got better and saw the pros play in the early 90s it became 9 ball.
Today it's 9 ball, but if I have enough time I would like to enjoy one-pocket.

I like 1P the most. My banking and shotmaking skills are not quite good enough for some of the required shots, however. I am a lot better in 8-ball, 9-ball and such but I still prefer 1p and Straight Pool. I need more practice. I love challenges.
