What kind of results does a glue like 3M Fast-Bond10™ provide when putting on felt?

If you mean like pulling loose, as long as you clean off any previous glue before using it, it'll never pull loose, and i stretch the hell out of the cloth.
As per RKC's recommendation, when I do a glue down job on Diamond tables I use the Fastbond n-10 as well. Very strong!
