I am a big fan of Fedor, a big part of it, as an immigrant myself, his attitude of embracing his new home country is a change from many other pro players. They live 90% of the time in the US, conduct business there, but associate with another country for their loyalty and representation. Fedor appreciates the culture and opportunities in the US and wants to be an American, not just take advantage of the economy and strong currency. I have often said that immigrants that want to actively be part of America and think of themselves as Americans are even more American than those that just happened to be born in the country by chance.
I think like Efren, Fedor will be the next univerally liked and respected player to follow in his footsteps. He may not be as creative or flashy, but I can't think of anyone that has a bad word to say about him.
