Feeler: Looking for a radial Scruggs shaft and a radial 'other' shaft.

I have a buddy that's looking for 2 shafts.

1 is a radial Scruggs shaft. 12.6mm or bigger. Straight.

2 is a radial black collared shaft. 12.8mm or bigger. Straight. No production shafts please.
