Ferrule help

I'm hoping to change my ferrule on my Meucci shaft (its a pre-dot shaft). From end to end on the ferrule is measures 1 1/8". I have yet to find any ferrules that size on the net. Am I doing something wrong or can someone tell me what size ferrule I need to buy? (1" or 1 1/4"?). Any help is appreciated.

1.250 Multipolymer plastic is what the original Meucci's used.

Do you know whats the best glue to use for the ferrule? This will be my first change (its cracked).
