Few (about 50) cues for sale! Need to buy a house

The LP Custom with the black wrap. What kind of wrap is that and is that an ivory joint? I am hoping it isn't so it can be shipped into the US without any problems.

There are two cues from Lee, both have leather wrap, one with ivory joint the other with Stainless steel joint

Meucci SE 3 is from it think around 1992 but I am not sure about the exact year. Prices are mentioned in the first post.
