Fiber Pad sanding tool

Anyone willing to make me a sanding tool for Fiber Pads.
.030 thick
.550 dia.....14mm
It would need to build out of a HARD metal.
It would have to have a way to insert and remove the fiber pads.
I install fiber pads with ALL of my tips.
It is a pain in the A$$ to sand them by hand.

pm me if you are willing to build this for me.
I will pay you for your expertise and who knows....

i dont sand them at all and i never have tips fall off. am i doing someting wrong the last 10 years

use a tip pik. hammer it into the pad on both sides then tip. works great

Never thought of that.
I was sanding with 80 or 100 grit sanding paper....
then scoring very lightly with a utility knife.

Want to have small channels for the Gorilla Super glue
to suck up into. Also, sand and score the ferrule.

I tend to over do things.

The 100 grit sticky back sandpaper makes it a breeze to sand the pads.
