Gosh, there are so many monsters here, I could never pick a winner, ever. Like finding a needle in a heystack.

On the one hand there are the great Commonwealth players, who are unfamiliar to me but can obviously play anyone.

There is Bustamante who's been waiting to exhale throughout his carreer who might pick up his first major in the U.S.

There are Orcullo and Alcano who seem to be playing as well as any Filipino.

There are the Germans: Souquet, of course, but also super-talented Engert and sharp-shooter Ortmann.

Even the old-timers are here: Parica and Varner.

The new garde counts with Pagulayan and Deuel who can beat anybody or anything at any given moment.

In the american camp, Rodney Morris and Larry Nevel seem to be having a lot of fun breaking and running out.

Who the heck knows? If someone put a gun to my head, I'd say, either one of the Commonwealth players (please don't ask me to pick one), or Bustamante, or Orcullo, or Engert, or Souquet. Irrespective of winning percentages.

Stalev will win something sooner or later. I'm surprised Troy Frank did as poorly as he did.
