How about:
1.The area is left clean
2. Table rails are lined up properly
3. If glued, balls roll into pockets no problems
4. Nameplate is on right side of table
5. You make sure customer has good quality chalk and cues, replace tips if needed
thats along the lines I'm thinking in no particular order.
