finally retired

Who do you recommend to make shafts with the big wood pin now?
I can still produce shafts, have a couple dozen already with wood pin, and can still produce some other pin connections; my shaft blanks are very limited, and only segmented blanks, no carbon.

I do have my custom inlay pantograph, manual control, not CNC, with almost 60 patterns. It comes with Foredom model H drive and is indexable for 3/4/5/6/8/10/12 pocket patterns. It must be partially disassembled for shipping, but is not difficult to reassemble. It is a 2 to 1 pattern using 1/16 or 1/32 cutters. $750 plus calculated shipping (2 or 3 boxes.)

Congratulations, retirement is awesome (11 years in) especially if you have family nearby and even more especially if family includes grandkids.

Looks like one of Byron's pantographs.

Nice

Sound more like semi-retired. Same as when Dieckman and Bludworth retired, couldn't get it out of their blood. Either full or semi retire, hope you got other hobbies!
