Finding diamonds again.....? HELP

I have an old 9ft AMF Grand Prix (GC copy). I am trying to restore it. I have removed the laminated rail tops and am replacing it with Bubinga real wood veneers. What is the best way for me to accurately find the diamonds again. I am just putting the round sights back in, but would like some help on relocating them... If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

The diamonds are located on 12 1/2" centers. End rails, center of rail, then 12 1/2" left and right. Side rails, 12 1/2" left and right from the center of the side pocket, then 12 1/2" on center from there left and right. And from the back of the feather strip/rail laminate 1 1/4" back.
