Reservations

As a rule of thumb, please do not RESERVE unless you are 99% sure you are attending. Also, if your plans change, give me as much notice as you can given your emergency.

Last payout was $800+ for first place. Nobody that didnt make money was there past 5 PM unless they were just hanging around to watch great pool. The winner walked out at 10:00 PM. Nobody needs to bring sleeping bags to YORKPOOL events and that is WITH nice sized races.

I hope we get a turn-out like last month. Have you gotten a bunch of e-mails?
 
This is one of the only tournaments around in our area and Rick is doing a good job of running it and it goes pretty fast with the 7 tables running. Last month Rick had it so if you were still in it after 5pm you where pretty much in the money so you didnt waste your whole saturday there for nothing. Thanks to Rick and the guys for running these tourney's , cause theres nothing else around worth while in our area. So those of you that are looking for some good competion show up and see how you do. It's a good run tourney with good calcutta action...<< ED
 
Competition

Honestly, there is a lot of regional competition for this weekend with respect to available tournaments. Planet Pool is running in Towson area, and Scott Emory is running something in Harrisburg area I believe.

Hopefully the locals support this tournament and stay close to home for the weekend but I really am blind here as far as how the turnout goes...It could be 10 or it could be 30.
 
Right now I am planning on being there but didnt want to give a definate. It all depends on how tonight's festivities go!! Hopefully I will see everyone tomorrow!!
