First and/or last cue a maker built

What do really expensive cues and Harley Davidson's have in common?
Both are hardly used so they're relegated as POSERS.

I had Burton Spain's final cue, sold it to a friend with an impressive Spain collection and it belonged there

I know this is an old post, but I bought what I believe to be the same Burton Spain "Blue" cue you once owned...? If its not, It could be it's twin... lol...

Maybe have close to the last 2 Dieckman cues. Who knows what he did his last few years in MI.

I commissioned a cue after a long drunken discussion on his porch. 2 years later he sent me two to pick from, which I did.
He sent me the wrong cue but then several months later he sent the one I wanted, signed to my son. Not long after he moved to VA.

All speculation but it took a couple of years for him to deliver a cue.

My first Dieckman I picked from a group photo of finished cues. 18 months later I received it.

Dearly miss that man!
