We are going to be having a New Year's Day tournament with IPT rules! Guess the IPT has already made an influence all the way to the local level.

My interpretation of the rules are basically BCA except winner breaks, Ball-in-hand (BIH) anywhere on the table (even after the break), 3-foul rule in effect, no shot clock, 8-ball on break is win, 8-ball down and scratch is loss of game, cueball fouls only, no positioning of cueball with stick on a BIH, and players are allowed ‘cornermen’ to coach and confer.

It is going to be fun! $25 entry with no green fee, at Uncle Jack's Billiards (former Breaking Point) in Lynnwood. Kids are welcome until 9 or 10 pm I think. Hope to see all you locals there. :)

Yes, Mika and Marcus were in each other's corner. Karen had Julie. Can't remember who all there was sitting in for their buddies.

Thanks for putting it on, Davey. Hope to play in many more there. Will talk to Rico about a qualifier.

This is nice and all, but....

will they be using 4.5 inch pockets and slow nap? Ah-hah, I didn't think so.:D :p (j/k) Sounds like fun and it'll give them somewhat of an idea of what you will be dealing with on the tour.
