First road trip help.

Planning my first road trip with 2 other friends, one of them being one of the top pro am players on the west coast. And the other is a solid A player, and then thers me, but im just driving ect...

The plan is to go from california to east coast and back, over about a 3 week time span. My main question is where is the most action right now? Im deciding if I should head to the south and then make my way up towards DC area.

Any old road players have tips on staying safe? This is to make some money for these players, but mainly to have fun and get out of the west coast for bit, since the action is pretty much dead around here. My main thing is keeping this fun, and as a vacation.

No big hustling, dumping ect. And im not going to keep my money under the table when I urinate. Would anyone like to match up if I make it through your neck of the woods.

Mainly 9 ball and a little one hole. We will be leaving in 3 months area latest 6 months, depends on my work.

If you see the ARCH in St. Louis - You'll be only minutes away from great action. The Break in Cahokia, IL.
Cliff Joyner & Gabe Owen gets action there - I can't imigine why you guys wouldn't.

6000 miles in three weeks, when are you going to play. Heck you can spend three weeks in just one place if your making money. mainly you need some advanced info. Just randomly wandering around will waste all your time and you won't know who you are supposed to be looking to play. IE. the bartender that will lose the cash regester or the car dealer that only comes in on Fridays and blows a thousand every time to road players who know in advance exactly what they can give him and take it off.

Give us the names and put up a picture of the 3 of you so that we can all be sure you get played. That is the best way to do it.

I'll do something with you guys if we can put something together. I'm in Columbia,SC. By the way, every year I make a 10,000 mile plus trip in 30 days.

Heck, Fast Larry (oops, did I really mention his name on here?? LOL) wrote he used to like to make out like he was a construction worker, big ole belt buckle, poke at the cue ball, hold the cue at the butt... etc...

Last I heard, the real roadies out there seem to cultivate the persona of someone they aren't, hustler style... However, for real stakes, such an enterprise probably won't work on a short term basis...
