upload them to a different site like photobucket and then you can upload them using the link instead of from your computer.

that gif i just posted is to big to post to the site but I can post it somewhere else and just upload it using the link or some code and it loads fine.
 
Additionally photobucket, imageshack, and other free image hosting services are typically blocked by larger corporate firewalls.. attached images here are not. If you're selling something, attached images are the only way to go.

Would you rather 100 people see your 90% quality image, or 40 people see your 100% quality image?
 
he should do whatever works... of course making them smaller should have been the first thing done, if they were to big.
