While watching Oliver Ortmann's commentary of his 150 and out video, he mentions that he uses a flat cue tip for 14.1. Any thoughts on this? Does he mean flatter than quarter shape?
frankly I see no reason for it. Yes, if played perfectly straight pool does not require power follow or draw shots. Yet a good (as usual) shaped tip is better than flat one.
It might have been working for him of course.
