Florida vacation

Just got back from Orlando with the family on Friday and all I can I say is that I miss the weather already. Last week was in the 80's and I come home only to have to shovel out my driveway with yet another snowstorm on the way for Monday.
We rented a 4 bedroom house that cost the same as a hotel which blew me away and to top it off, the place had a gameroom equipped with a nice 4x8 pool table. Needless to say we are saving this address and going back next year and I will be bringing my cue next time.
If anyone plans on going to the Disney area with family I would be more than happy to share the info on the development we stayed in. With little kids it was ideal as each kid had their own bedroom/bathroom and there was a heated pool out back. Talk about heaven. Just thought I would share the experience and offer the info to anyone who might be thinking of vacationing in the area.

Hey Dave, great birth year ya got there as its the same as me!

Yeah Orlando is nice, I live due east of there in Melbourne, south of Daytona Beach so I get to enjoy this weather year round. I might get that place's name from you sometimes, my wife and kids love to visit the mouse on occasion and if the old man could stay in and practice some pool, that sounds like a great place to stay. We are currently having a rare rain storm though, so not the greatest of places to be, but beats the heck outta shoveling snow I am sure. Anyway, if you are ever down this way and wanna hook up for some one hole action, just let me know.

Wow, Dave, at least you had a great time. I guess you can see why there aren't many Floridians taking February vacations in the Boston area.

That's not a very well known thing but you will find it in most cities down here. There are agencies that do that kind of thing. I have an agency I use and I was skeptical at first but it has worked out good. A place I would get say a $1000. a month for I get around $900. a week for now. Although they come and go it comes out to more annually per unit then if I just rented to a tenant plus no advertising and if I get an A.H. I know they will be gone in a few weeks and I am not stuck with them in a lease.

It was an incredible trip and if I see someone from Florida in Boston this time of year, I'll know to stay away from them because there is some kind of mental defect going on.
