Foldable pool table

Brother in law bought a new house, has a nice rec room in the basement for watching football games on a large TV. Recreational pool player. He'd like to own a foldable pool table that he can store away when not in use.

Anyone know of good products that he can play basic 8-ball on?

If no good fold-away products really exist, he's fine with foosball, air hockey or bumper pool.

There are no good fold-away pool tables....pool tables need weight for stability.
....multiple use ones might be doable.

Bumper pool.... however if that is suitable consider a 3x6 pool table. Still a lot of fun.

And yes, at the end you see the legs fold up and it easily slides out of the house.

Here’s the correct link to the Sanford and Son pool table episode. Fun stuff.

Thats strange, the link I posted still works just fine.

Must be user error on your end. You need to click on it. With the left mouse button.

Yep, that would be why I posted it. Otherwise I would have just posted chinese midgets rolling around in baked beans while whistling show tunes.

Edit: Checked the link again to make sure I did not miss something, I missed it. The title on my link was correct, but the video was the wrong show. My apologies. The baked beans line stands though

So about those midgets and baked beans.............got any links?

So in the usual AZB tangental drift, no is the answer

I would say no. But if space is an issue a smaller bar table would be a decent option. If ya'll are handy you could make a nice sturdy removable table top to sit on it and use it as a buffet table, poker table or eat meals on it. This way you get more than one use out of it and the space it takes up. Seen this done a few times.
