Look at Dec 25, Chirstmas indeed! 6 straight hours of the US Open, and if it is anything like last year, it is 6 hours of the 2006 US Open.

I'm quite sure it will be 2006 US Open. Also I watched some WPC already and it was good, although I would rather they show more of a match instead of short segments of various matches. I can't complain though, its still awesome to have quality pool on TV. That miss by Efren on the 9 was crazy. I knew it was coming and I still couldn't believe it. :eek:

I know it was pretty shocking. There were a lot of misses in that episode. Actually I don't think I've ever seen so many misses by pros in such a short period of time.

I look forward to the WPC every year, you get 2 hours of pool and you get a chance to see players from all over the world. It was interesting to see Prince Billah, though from the three shots I saw him play, I get the feeling he got an invitation because he was a prince. Though it is possible I am being a bit harsh.

I couldn't believe it either. I just got finished telling my daughters that Efren was the greatest pool player playing right now then he missed that shot..

No kidding. I was watching Saturday and was amazed by that miss. On Sunday I thought "that's unbelieveable ... he missed the same shot twice !" :eek:

ya i watched it saturday night,its good to see some current pool on canadian t.v..................i was saying to a buddy when efren was shooting the 9 .look he doesnt have both feet on the floor,watch him miss it lol.......one of those mental farts lol.
