Its very simple. When you hit the image icon (the yellow thing with the mountains) it opens up another bar...

if you put nothing in the space.. it shows up like this




OK? If you have an image supported by another site.. put the address of the picture in there...

like this address

put it in bewteen the IMG boxes it shows up like this:

In the NPR section, you have to go down to manage attachments, and you can upload a photo from your computer. Im pretty sure you can do that in the other forums as well.
