Acquired this week, my collection is just too large- offering it up at a great price. New Old Stock, Fabulous 8 point Hi/Low - from the last Adam Japan Classic Cue line. From the joint down: 5/16 14 pin, SS joint, very nice Birdseye forearm, eight ebony points Hi/Low with natural and ebony veneers, respective points within no more than 2/16 of each other in height. Clean , sharp point work, very well executed. Very high quality MOP inlays throughout the cue- sharp edges, well executed! Wrap is Linen- white with darker specs. Double ebony rings on butt sleeve and fancy ebony dot/dash ringwork that matches butt joint and shaft ringwork. Birdseye maple buttsleeve with 4 ebony boardered boxes with a sharp MOP notched diamond in each box.
Butt weight is 14.2 ounces, shaft weight is 4.2 ounces- 18.4 on my scale. Shaft is 12.8 at the tip with a 12 inch pro taper out to 13mm at the 12 inch point. Tip is a Japan original Moori tip.
I will include a hand made 1X1 Cue Case Red/Black- with this cue!
Everything is pristine. I did test hit the cue- it is solid, great hitting cue, all is straight. The Adam Classic cues took various design concepts from the 70s era Adam Corsair, Galaxie, and Regal cues.
