The fact that I live in Vietnam more than I do in US doesn't make me any worse, neither make me any closer to those f*cking commies. I am still an honest person and if I promise to sell something to someone, I will send them exactly that item by exactly the way I promised. Commies can't force me not to do that. Commies can't force me to rob someone off, even though they can rob from me! Face the truth. There are scumbags in any country, and you don't deal with the government of Vietnam here, you deal with someone in Vietnam. In most cases, that person is a good, nice, honest person. But sometimes that could be a scumbag. That's all.

I do sincerely apologize to you DamienLuu and other good fellas and gals residing permanently or partially in Vietnam if I offended you. Not my intention. However, it's a fact that personal sales of value DO go through corrupted communist customs in Vietnam. Just throwing out my .02 to "tread very carefully".
