I am sorry but the shipping to Portugal will be $40 - $50 and I dont know if it will be worth it for you. You would need to pay $150 to have shipped to Portugal.
 
The guy from Portugal never came through and Prodigy1 was not successful in scamming me..

I did receive your PM and I decided not to respond.

Our last communication was that you agreed to purchase the cue but you could not figure out Paypal. We agreed on a price and you told me that you were sending the money.

The next communication I received was from you a few days later asking for the cue for a lower price.

You are new here with no itrader and no history. In addition; you want me to ship this cue out of country.
