I have several lightly used pool instructional books I would like to sell as follows. The best deal would be a single buyer so it can be done in one shipment. Here's what I have.
Play Your Best Pool by Phil Cappelle 442 pages, retails for $30. Excellent book that covers it all.
99 Critical Shots of Pool by Ray Martin 220 pages, retails for $15. Great book for beginner/intermediate players, gives basic shots that come up over and over in the game.
Byrne's Standard Book of Pool and Billiards by Robert Byrne 333 pages, retails for $18. Covers all the bases on many pool games and 3 cushion billiards.
Byrne's Advanced Technique in Pool and Billiards by Robert Byrne 238 pages, retails for $17. Takes the above book a bit further with more advanced techniques.
Byrne's Treasury of Trick Shots in Pool and Billiards by Robert Byrne 292 pages, retails for $18. Hundreds of shots that would make for some great propositions bets.
The Science of Pocket Billiards by Jack Koehler 253 pages, retails for $28. Jack Koehler uses the scientific method to illustrate the physics of pool in a way few can describe.
Precision Pool by Gerry Kanov and Shari Stauch 246 pages, retails for $20. Covers basics briefly then goes into more advanced concepts of cud ball control, pattern play, match strategy and metal toughness. A good read for the player on the improve
The 8-Ball Book by The Monk 86 pages, retail $15. 8 ball through the eyes of the Monk.
Minesota Fats on pool 1976 110 pages, A chapter or 2 from Fats and then descriptions of 19 different games. No idea what it retailed for (this will be a freebee in a package deal!)
Winning Pocket Billiards by Willie Mosconi 1965 139 pages. Willie's take on pool basics and discussions of 14.1 startegy. Another freebe in a package deal. Retails for $2.95 in 1965, what's that like $80 today??
Total retail of above books is $161, with the Mosconi and Fats books thrown in for free.
