Immensely enjoying the World 10 Ball Championship matches. Watching a few of Naoyuki Oi's matches I see that he sort of jumps at the balls during his break shop with both feet coming off the floor. No foul is called. Does note one foot need to be in contact with the floor during a shot? What am I missing? Thanks Brain Trust.

foot needs to be in contact with the floor when cue contacts the cb
