Hi Gang

I have forsale here the last cue to leave the Libra shop before they closed up. 19 oz, 58" 4 ebony points into birds-eye maple forearm with double thick holly and ebony veneers. 3/8-10 brass joint pin on a black phenolic flat-face joint. "A" ring at the joint collar consisting of ebony and holly. "C, D, E" holly trim rings. Birds-eye maple butt sleeve with ebony windows trimmed by holly. White with black speck Irish linen wrap and two shafts with brand new tips.

I purchased this cue used and barely played two racks of 9-ball with it before putting it away in the collection. When I bought the cue, there is a ding on the forearm and some small scratchs and a couple of small chips on the black phenolic butt-cap. Other than that, the cue is in excellent condition and rolls straight with both shafts, one shaft being unplayed. Comes also with a nice set of custom joint protectors.

I'm asking $1500 shipped overnight for this cue. Please email me directly rather than PM me or responding to the post. NO TRADES PLEASE.

Here is a blurb on the Libra company I found on Cueaddicts.com:
"Libra cues were made only a few years in the late ‘80s early 90’s by Johnny Sanchez and his partner, Jack Potter, out of Dallas, TX. Their total production numbered at most a few hundred cues. These cuemakers were heavily influenced by David Paul Kersenbrock, as one could surmise. These cues remain well-known throughout the industry not only for their exceptional rarity but also for the fine playability, unique designs, and superb craftsmanship"

No, unfortunately I don't an documentation supporting this statement. I'm just going by what my seller (Cueaddicts.com) had told me when I bought the cue. In fact this cue is still listed on their website as sold and it basically states that same information that this cue was the last to leave the Libra shop before it closed up.
