Hey gang, trying something new tonight. Check out the menu bar at the top and click on vBChat.

I had to click on the line each time a new message came up to be able to type again.
It is a nice addition to the site as long as those people who like to argue don't abuse it. Sam
 
This Is Great !!!

This will cut down on all the PMs we receive and the time it takes to respond.
I also hope it will be a good meeting place.
I personally hope that any Gin $ players will contact me and play Gin on www.GameColony.com

Type your message, then hit enter instead of clicking submit. The cursor will automatically be ready for you to type, after it is sent.

Are you crazy OHB? Putting aside the whole problem of knowing who people really are on a chat board, this place is full of pool players ;)

I like the idea but everytime I stop and check it out....stuff happens. like it is really slow....I don't think it has much horsepower...
 
It seems like fun, I enjoyed it. But will it turn into a gabfest and cut back on the number of actual pool threads and posts in the long run? Only so many hours in a day.
 
I shut the chat down for the day today. Doesn't look like the site could handle Monday traffic as well as the chat box.

I might have to only turn the chat on in the evenings and weekends. Or look for a different chat system.
