At the bottom of the main forum page is a section "What's going on?" which displays the online members. What is the + for beside a members name?

I just see the members names that are online. I dont see any + beside anyone's name.

It's not always there, but I just noticed that 2-3 names had it by them.

not sure what that means but it shows up on my comp every once in awhile too.

I no see no plus sign.

But, how come my handle always appears first on the list anyway? Or does each poster have this same unique false impression of being treated as the exulted one?
