FOUND: Original George Balabushka business card

Today I finally added an original George Balabushka cue to my collection. I have letters of authentication and provenance, and I'd really like to add an original business card to the documentation. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with, or know somebody who does?

ETA: Theresa Tascarella reached out to me, and I have a GB business card on it's way to me.

Yep. Here's a picture. No signature on the forearm. I have COA from Pete Tascarella.
