Four ball U -stream video ( Japan)

I found a series of Japanese four ball billiards being played in a tournament at BIG-BOX on a U-stream channel. I am still trying to figure the differences between the four ball played in Japan vs. Korea.

Thanks Dean. Put this in my Favorite. I notice that they are hitting yellow,then red. Different from Korean 4 ball.

Four ball

From watching the videos I suspect that you can carom of of any two balls, there is no penalty ball ( the opponent's cue ball) like Korean style 4 ball carom. I am not sure if there are extra points for doing a double carom.
