Frank Coster cue....

I understand why Balabushka, Szamboti, Richard Black, Ginacue, and Joss West cues are so expensive, but why are Coster cues so expensive? They are plain and bland. A basic titlist conversion is prettier, to me. I understand they have very high resale value, but why?
