Hi Harold... I don't have an email, but the Tad Ph # is (714) 995-1644. Good luck with getting Fred on the phone though... he's very busy.
You may have to go through JJ Cue, who are the Tad dealers.

The last time I was inquiring I was told to contact Fred for repairs and JJ for new cue order.
