Frey sneaky with a slight facing issue

I have a Frey sneaky that has what I think is a slight facing issue at the joint. When I roll the butt and shaft separately they are arrow straight. Together the tip has a lift. I ordered a new shaft and it was much worse and that's how I noticed it. It is not near as bad with the original Frey shaft on the cue.

Any suggestions as to what this might be and how and who can fix it. I plan on selling the cue and don't want it to be an issue. Thanks greatly for your time.

My Blud sneaky that I just picked up is the same way. Several of us looked at it the other night, they seem to think the butt or shaft facing is the issue. I'm going to get it to our local repair guy and see if he can fix it. I love this cue !!!!!

It looks like mine is in the butt end of the cue. You can almost see that it is not even.

Isn't Chad Carter in Kentucky?? I'd give him a call.
